Many years ago I sold a Dual Fuel Domestic Tariff. 6 months later I happened to call on the customer again for any upsell opportunities. He raved about the Dual Fuel package I sold and said "Your Electricity is good, when I turn on my lights it is brighter than my previous suppliers!" — he then took a service contract on the basis of that! Sales is a great place to be.
